Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court -Africa Region (The 17th African Regional Round of the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition takes place in Pretoria, South Africa from 25-26 May 2026. Hosted in a hybrid format, this year’s competition is organised by the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (the dtic), in collaboration with the South African National Space Agency (SANSA).

Five teams from across Africa will be participating in the Africa Region competition and the winners will travel to compete in the International Moot Court during IAC in Turkey.)
