kindly invite you to a Webinar titled “Harnessing Public-Private Partnerships for Sustainable
Space Explorations and Utilisation”, with a keynote address by Mr. Raoul Hodges.
He has managed numerous multinational programs and agreements that involve space operations and satellite data. The data is primarily used in South Africa and the SADC region, which has served the Earth observation community for many years. He has collaborated with local and international space businesses to invest in and co-locate ground segment equipment at Hartebeesthoek, NW and now in development, the new Matjiesfontien ground station in WC, thereby raising South Africa’s reputation in the global space industry.
